The sweet corner building on Hudson and Thomas has a new owner, who will hopefully finish up work there. It’s been under construction since 2021.

URVET HAS CLOSED
The local chain opened in 2023 on Chambers. That leaves three in the neighborhood, plus a new veterinary dentist on N. Moore and another vet in Soho.
