CITYMD IS OPEN
Not sure what happened there, but CityMD on Chambers, which has been closed since July 2023, has reopened. I am not sure when? A. and I both noticed it this week.

NEW BENCH AT M9 BUS STOP?!

MAMAN HAS TAKEN OVER CITY BAKERY
Maman, which has its Tribeca outpost on West Broadway, has taken over City Bakery in the flatiron and is making it its flagship location. The company now has 40 locations in the US and Canada, but this will be its most ambitious — as we all know that space is amazing. Turns out it is 7000 square feet on two levels with marble pillars. In addition to their regular offerings, this space will have private event rooms, a cocktail bar and 130 seats at the cafe.
