GALLERY TAKING STOREFRONT ON BROADWAY
Sara’s, a gallery founded by Sara Blazej in 2023 and currently at 64 Fulton in Fidi, has taken the retail space at 356 Broadway, between Franklin and Leonard. The gallery’s program includes regular exhibitions and live performances and events. Thanks to J. for spotting the listing on IG.
A BIT OF THE HAMPTONS ON GREENWICH
I don’t as a rule run restaurant promotions, but my pal A., who spotted the sign earlier this week, said this one is absolutely exciting. American Cut, the steakhouse on Greenwich and Franklin, is doing a summer collaboration with the The Lobster Roll restaurant, known as “Lunch,” out of Amagansett. (I guess Lunch is a classic destination among Hamptons loyalists — it started in 1965 as a roadside clam shack and has been owned by the same partners since 1978.) American Cut will have their recipe for lobster roll sliders on the bar menu from 5 to 7p and a full size roll on the regular menu.
