The streets of Tribeca were completely blanketed with snow yesterday — Central Park reported 10 inches — with most sidewalks, parks and pathways uncleared when I went out around 3. Theo Schefer caught a bunch of these shots, and H. found the Citi bikes buried. (The system was closed on Sunday. The system has reopened, but winter conditions mean limited access at some stations.)
