Jack’s Stir Brew Coffee just closed on Reade last month and a newbie in Soho has grabbed the spot: Neiberhud Coffee, which does not yet have its website up but has a location in Soho, put signs up today. (Thanks to JW for the pic.)

It looks like their Thompson Street location opened in January 2025, then closed for a time, then reopened about two weeks ago.

The coffeeshop is a product of Toorma Group, food and bev consultants that “specialize in devising bespoke A-Z concepts and menus for a diverse global clientele.” They have offices here and in Riuadh, Doha, Lisbon and São Paulo. “Our goal is to create immersive experiences that seamlessly integrate physical spaces with digital platforms, from traditional brick-and-mortar establishments to innovative online brands.”

So not exactly homegrown… but they have taken a cute space. And they sell stuffed dates! More TK.
