The Flea, the theater that has been on Thomas Street for decades, is now dedicated to Black art and performance. Join Afro-futuristic storyteller Niegel Smith on a walk exploring the neighborhood through the lens of Black love and queer liberation. Co-led by Talu Green with Djembe drumming, The Worthy is a mobile performance through the streets of Lower Manhattan.

The film follows New York-based artist Julian Rozzell into the heart of Selma, Alabama, as the city prepares to mark the 60th anniversary of the 1965 Civil Rights Marches. It is described as part art film, part video diary and part waking dream.
