Major Food Group has leased the iconic spot on Greenwich and Franklin for an American tavern and steakhouse. The plan is to open in early 2027.

CITY OPENS THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING CUPOLA
Tours will take a max of five people up to the cupola atop 1 Centre Street every hour. Reservations open on the first of each month.

SNEAK PEEK: BALLOON MUSEUM AT THE TIN BUILDING
This is the first permanent home for the traveling inflatable art exhibit out of Italy. It opens in the former Tin Building on July 15.
