A fire broke out on Friday on the roof of 366 Broadway, the Gourmet Garage building at the northeast corner of Franklin. The FDNY received the call at 10a; the fire was under control at 11:16a. There were no injuries.

Then, later in the afternoon there was an another call about smoke in the hallways of the 12-story building at around 3p. Two engines and two ladder trucks responded and did a precautionary washdown of the building. The incident was closed at 4:18p.

All in, 38 units and 120 Fire and EMS personnel were utilized. The cause under investigation by the Fire Marshal.
