I don’t quite get this approach: for a weekend that is bound to produce a LOT of gridlock from river to river, Lyft has deactivated Citi Bike stations around the neighborhood. Looks like Tribeca docks are still open, but don’t plan on riding to the fireworks or anything else in Battery Park City or the Seaport starting now.

The service page shows that these docks are already shut down in and around the Seaport and Battery Park City:
