The company was founded by Dylan Gambardella for people who want a more proactive, data-driven approach to their health. EMILY HYLAND AT POETS HOUSE
Emily Hyland, the co-founder of Pizza Loves Emily and Emmy Squared, will host a reading and conversation on Thursday, July 23, at Poets House, 10 River Terrace, for the launch of her latest poetry collection, “My Wise Little Ghost.” The collection explores the layered emotions surrounding an abortion she experienced nearly 10 years ago, including grief, vulnerability, identity and psychedelic therapy. WEST SIDE FEST AT THE WHITNEY
A bit far afield, but still our closest art museum: The Whitney will host West Side Fest from July 10 to 12 with the usual Free Friday Night and Free Second Sunday. There will be artist-led programs, live performances, artmaking activities, neighborhood walking tours, and more for adults, teens and littler kids. The weekend will also include Whitney Biennial 2026 performances, artmaking programs with Biennial artists Ignacio Gatica and Taína H. Cruz, and a poster-making activity with artist Rich Tu celebrating the World Cup. Tu was the designer of the official FIFA World Cup 2026™ New York New Jersey Host City Poster. See more info here.
