It turns out yes — it’s on their route maps. Not sure when it started, but New York Waterway runs ferries from seven locations in New Jersey to West 39th, Battery Park City and Pier 11/Wall Street. But their buses only originate from the Midtown ferry dock.
They have a weekday peak and weekend bus route that comes to Downtown, departing every 20 minutes from West 39th Street between 6:30 and 9:50a and stopping at Pier 57 (17th Street), Citi HQ at North Moore and West Street and North Moore.
Going north in the afternoon from 3:30 to 6:30 they stop at Chamebrs Street, Citi, Google on Houseton, Christopher Street, 15th Street and 18th Street.
Weekends are similar, but the hours are all day from 11:30a to 6p.
