LOOKING BACK ON 25 YEARS OF THE FILM FESTIVAL
Robert De Niro is producing “Tribeca 25,” a brand-new documentary from director Matt Tyrnauer that looks back at the quarter-century history of the Tribeca Festival. The feature-length doc will make its streaming debut on Netflix on September 11. The festival was founded by De Niro and Academy Award-nominated producer Jane Rosenthal as an effort to help revitalize Lower Manhattan and bring people back downtown following the attacks on 9/11. More on this soon.

SURVEYING WHAT THE NEIGHBORHOOD NEEDS
Community boards across the city assemble a Community District Needs list every year based on their own knowledge and a survey to the public. This one now is for the budget year FY28. In this survey, you’ll be asked to select your top three issues for the district, as well as your most important issue in seven different policy areas. For more information, see this at the Department of City Planning’s website. Take the survey here.

Beware of Thisbowl.
Tons of allegations of food poisoning at their other location. If you search on reddit you’ll see more recent ones too.
