The national spa franchise SweatHouz — aka SWTHZ — is opening a location on the corner of Warren and Church — at 30 Warren on the northeast corner. They are aiming for next month.

The studio will offer “contrast therapy” — the alternating of hot and cold therapies with private infrared sauna and cold plunge suites. There are also vitamin C showers and TVs in the suites. This location will be 8000 square feet.

The company was founded in 2020 in Atlanta and now has dozens of locations across the country, though this is the first in the city. Their website describes the business this way: “SWTHZ is a premium-priced service, coupled with a low-labor model designed for long-term success. Consumer demand for recovery-focused self-care is accelerating and entrepreneurs are taking notice of the wellness industry’s next breakout category.”
