FROYO AT MEADOW LANE
I didn’t realize froyo got folks so excited… Meadow Lane has added a froyo machine behind the coffee counter. Starting at 11a, they offer two flavors: tart and seasonal berry. (Yesterday they had banana.) Thanks to A. for getting a sample. She liked it!

PEACH BLING EXPANDS NORTH
Peach Bling Nail Atelier, which opened on Reade in September 2022, is expanding north to Flatiron with an opening on October 8 at 123 Fifth Avenue, 2nd Floor. The new location will have the same Japanese structured nail and lash services as Reade Street.

MERCHANT MINGLE FOCUSES ON HALLOWEEN
The Tribeca Alliance Merchants Association will host a Merchant Mingle on October 14 at Spotlight Kids, 104 Reade, to discuss how the neighborhood’s Halloween trick-or-treating extravaganza can be a boon for local businesses. (I had one store owner tell me she uses it as her personal hype event for the start of the holiday push.) More info here.
