Thanks to A. for the heads up: Facegym is opening today at 110 Reade — and I am calling that block around the corner from Bluestone Lane Spa Row since it is in line with Plump, Peach Bling and Sugared + Bronzed! The company (it’s a franchise) was founded by former beauty and wellness columnist Inge Theron; they employ face “workouts” that “sculpt, lift and tone your face with signature massage moves, high performance skincare and patented triple wave technology.” More TK.

N. sent these shots of the window decals going up at Carnegie Diner and Delos Restaurant, which has taken The Palm space at 200 Chambers. The plan is March 2027. More info here.

LIBERATION AT MEADOW LANE
Owner Sammy Nussdorf said fingers crossed, the construction shed on the south side of Meadow Lane should be coming down next month. The Shinola advertising on the side is bootleg — he’s asked his staff to take it down. (Advertising is not permitted in residential districts, which is why it’s so jarring.)
