With 70-degree temps and blue skies, trick-or-treaters owned the streets on Saturday, with the local merchants handing out candy, hosting face painting, decorating their stoops and even proffering a sip or two. The folks at 21 Jay took over the block with a inflatable corn maze and DJ, plus their usual haunted condo decor. Washington Market Park, Bogardus Plaza, Duane Park and Barnett Newman Plaza were all decorated for the season. And the neighborhood’s watering holes had festive crowds spilling out onto the streets. Love.
Here’s just a sample of the festivities.
