••• Livly, the Swedish kidswear boutique at 108 Reade, looks like it could open any day now.
••• I was chatting with Jackie and Kimmy, the owners of Valley, when they mentioned they’re having a sale, starting tomorrow. (“Our Black Friday is Wednesday.”) Also, the shop now has some cute kids’ clothing.
••• Torly Kid‘s annual Halloween candy drive proved a hit: Owner Carol Adams said she had another box like this one ready to go to the Thanksgiving dinner for nine homeless shelters hosted by Perfect Peace Ministry in Chelsea.
••• Half of the single-story building at 438-440 Greenwich is revealed. It’s going to be a sales office for the huge condominium going up at 70 Vestry (a.k.a. 268 West).
••• The Classic Car Club at Hudson and Broome looks like it’s moving, if those “for rent” signs mean anything.
••• Across the street, meanwhile, is the 12-story Related rental building under construction at 261 Hudson. Some of the curtain wall is up. (Rendering below.)
