••• Interior designer Sasha Bikoff—whose loft we peeped in the spring of 2014—is opening a shop/showroom at 459 Washington, between Canal and Watts. I’m not sure if it’s open yet; this page of her website says it is, but it didn’t look like it over the weekend. Also, this page says it’ll offer consignment. UPDATE: Just heard from Sasha that the store officially opens Jan. 14.
••• See ya, 4 World Trade Center.
••• 403 Greenwich is above ground. Rendering here.
••• Not to belabor this—too late!—but 56 Leonard would look so much better if the entire building had been done like this strip of windows on the north side.
••• Here’s more of the spray-painted sidewalk that was in last week’s Where in Tribeca…? I’m 98% certain that the lettering is for the commuter buses that pick up there…. Pretty tacky.
••• And there’s a new slice joint in the area! Gini’s Pizza Joint has opened at 126 Lafayette, just above Canal, amid the crappy souvenir kiosks. I popped in last night while walking to Bar Primi, and they were very friendly. They deliver as far south as Leonard, if I remember the map they showed me. There’s no website, but the phone number is 212-966-3605.

Is 403 Greenwich still completely rat infested?
