••• The conversion of 391 Broadway appears to be on hold while the owner looks to sell it. From the listing: “The current developer has been renovating the property over the past two years, and is only approx. 6 months away from completion. The property is undergoing a complete gut renovation and conversion to floor-through residential condos, each with a private keyed elevator entry.” The asking price is $21 million; back in 2012, there were plans to add five stories.
