Neighbors put together a rager – the first annual Tribeca Party — on the second floor of Thalassa on Franklin Street last Saturday night, inviting anyone willing to spend $120 to party together and support the after-school programs at Manhattan Youth. 6 CORTLANDT ALLEY SALE
The first sale was just finalized at 6 Cortlandt Alley, with a lucky buyer paying over $5 million for the 3,646-square-foot, four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom condo in an auction managed by Paramount Realty. Principal Misha Haghani said he couldn’t divulge the new owner’s name or the exact price, but that it was closer to $5 million than $6 million. The original listing was $7.3 million; the auction bidding started at $4.75 million. Bargain.
