The Citibank Plaza on Greenwich and N. Moore looked pretty inviting the other day — with the added perk that it was completely empty. And a block from City Winery. Just saying.

1 PARK ROW DEMO BEGINS
The demolition of 1 Park Place — the last of the J&R strip and the funny corner building that faces southwest — has begun. Plans call for a 23-story building on the spot, with one apartment per floor and 37,000 square feet of retail at the base.
