••• The opening for Soho Photo’s annual Krappy Kamera exhibition—featuring “images that have been produced using equipment from the low end of the technological scale”—is Tuesday. Above: first prize winner, “WTF-OMG” by T.R. Smith.

••• Happythankyoumoreplease, written and directed by Josh Radnor (Ted on “How I Met Your Mother”) screens at 92YTribeca on Tuesday.

••• Fashion editor Kate Betts discusses Michelle Obama’s style—the topic of Betts’s new book—at 92YTribeca on Wednesday.

••• The Rover is a play with—in this production—an apt name: A new production (opening Wednesday and running for three weeks) takes place all around the World Financial Center: “Set during Carnival (Mardi Gras) in Naples, Italy, this costume drama by Aphra Behn—the first professional female playwright in the English language—will strike a special chord with New Yorkers celebrating both Mardi Gras and Women’s History Month.”

••• The opening of an exhibit of John M. Hall’s photographs, titled “Montauk—The End,” is at Steven Amedee Fine Custom Framing on Thursday. That’s one at left.

••• On Thursday: “Directors Alex Cox and Jim Jarmusch come to 92YTribeca to revisit Cox’s 1986 cult classic Straight to Hell, adding previously cut scenes and some extra blood spatter, plus a brand new soundtrack.” The trailer is at the end of this post: Keep your eyes peeled for Courtney Love and the incomparable Grace Jones. You should download Grace’s version of “La Vie en Rose” if you don’t already have it.

••• “Charlotte’s Web” will be performed at the BMCC Tribeca Performing Arts Center on Sunday. [Cries just thinking about it.]

••• As for ongoing events, you might consider checking out the jazz at B Flat on Monday and Wednesday nights from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Ninety-nine percent sure there’s no cover, and as you may have read recently, I’m feeling that bar.
