My friend Lisa and I took a spin on the new-ish East River Ferry, which travels from Pier 11 (Wall Street) to E. 34th Street, by way of DUMBO, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and Long Island City. TRIBECA SALES REPORT
Seven sales were reported in the past week, from two for $750,000 (both in the same building) to $9 million for the Franklin Street building that was once to be the home of Glad Tidings Tabernacle (listed at $18 million).

NEW KID ON THE BLOCK: KANSAS GALLERY
“I have a weakness for two-dimensional art, painting specifically,” says Steven Stewart, founder of Kansas, the second entrant in Tribeca’s up-and-coming gallery row.
