However it happened, a penthouse at the Tribeca blockbuster 101 Warren Street has returned to market just three weeks after selling in late December for around $7.65M. The new price, $8.6M, seems like a shameless cash grab, but this particular penthouse, which sat on the market for more than a year before selling, is an unlikely candidate for a quick flip.
