As I’ve said before, this is our park; we should take care of it—and that’s even more so regarding Pier 25. “The money donated to The Hudson River Park Playground Fund will be matched dollar for dollar up to $100,000 thanks to a generous early contribution.” Can’t make it?     A couple of weeks before the flood. Seems to help curb the craziness taking place with cars cutting into the tunnel entrances.
    Also definitely a lot safer to cross and keeps more traffic on Canal street (which is a sad state of affairs anyway)
    I think this was great!
