••• I enjoyed the exhibit at Maslow 6 Wine Bar of Donna Ferrato’s Leonard Street photos. That’s one at right.
••• I stopped in at Dylan Prime—the space is definitely coming along. Owner John Mautone said that they could very well open by the end of October.
••• Coming to Maiden Lane and Water Street: L’Amore Creperie and Espresso bar. Hat tip to @MMDeVoe of Pen Parentis. (Wait, we knew this already!)
••• This Thursday at 6 p.m. at Washington Market Park: Brady Rymer and the Little Band that Could. And this Saturday ay 7 p.m.: a screening of Ghostbusters—”complete with slime.” Blankets are allowed.
••• Mulberry & Vine is now on Seamless. The delivery zone is pictured.
••• A restaurant called ‘Essen (as in Delicat-) is opening at Vandam and Varick. Signage promises a salad bar, sandwiches, sushi, groceries, a juice bar—it’s a deli with fast-casual branding.
••• The building just above Canal with two hotels in it—one one Renwick, one on Hudson—is also on its way. Below: The Hudson Street side.
