••• You can help fund the documentary film about local street artist Robert Janz. Details here.
••• A drawing posted at 93 Reade shows what the storefront will look like. (It’s where the Bela Brazil salon was.)
••• For those of us wondering what Craig Bero has been up to since closing the Cosmopolitan Café: A reader sends word that he has opened a café and general store in Housatonic, Mass., called Pleasant & Main.
••• I noticed a bottle of Shinola Cola on the counter at the shop’s Smile Newsstand the other day, and when I asked how long it had been available, the barista mentioned that it’s free.
••• From a reader: “Any idea what they are doing at the WFC Ferry Terminal? There are several large barges that were put into place earlier this week….” I don’t know, and I’m at a resort in Mexico for a few days. (In a “swim-up room,” no less.) Do you? Update: See Andrea’s comment.
••• Opening May 6 to at R & Company: Shows of work by Wendell Castle and (pictured below) Joe Colombo.

All the best to Craig. I miss his restaurants and seeing him around the neighborhood. Terrible loss for the neighborhood.
The north piers of the ferry terminal will be closed for a few weeks for repairs needed as a result of Hurricane Sandy.
