••• The shelves are starting to empty out at the Food Emporium…. A friend overheard someone asking why there was no Häagen-Dazs ice cream, and the response was that the store hadn’t been paying its bills, so the ice cream company stopped delivering. Is this really its last week?
••• I had never noticed before that a two-level spiral staircase visible on the north side of 56 Leonard (sixth and seventh floors).

Not sure what was today, but “Mr Robot” has shot there before. They all must be shooting there for an authentic NY dive bar before it closes down. :(
