Civic Center: No Thanks

In today's Real Estate section, The New York Times notices that 20,000 live (roughly) between Church, Walker, Pearl, and Fulton, and writes a nice enough article about the joys therein. But then it goes and ruin everything by calling that area "Civic Center."

Room Upgrade

I stopped by the new Room today (it moved from Duane Street to the northwest corner of N. Moore and Varick). It looks great. The old space was nothing to sneeze at—I’d live there—but the new one has more character and, even better, natural light. / 1 comment
