Yes I know, but I was just wondering over the weekend, there were lots of people at Grand Banks drinking and sitting at their tables (no mask), they are allowed to drink but if you sit in the park it is against the law. It makes no sense. And Cafe 26 can't put out tables yet and there is someone right in front of Cafe 26 giving out tickets if you are drinking, But at Grand Banks nothing.
