I agree about "curb". While the sign owner might not have meant it ironically, since no NYC dog owner has actually curbed their dog (i.e., made sure their dog's waste went into the gutter rather than on the sidewalk) since the Dinkins administration (or maybe even earlier), I'd say that the scare quotes are appropriate because the sign owner means, "Don't let your dog piss on my stoop!" — N on Quote-Unquote Funny

@MME - that should not deter you. It's quite common to have dough shipped as dealing with it is costly and takes a lot of space. Frozen dough is just as good as fresh and this will be more authentic. It's being renovated into a park, with a cohesive design instead of a separate fenced-off green area and plaza. You can see renderings here.
