My daughter is/was a patient of Doctor Chen and has been in contact with her. Dr. Chen says she let all her patients know well in advance that she would be closing her practice and going to Doctors Withour Borders. She says she sent emails and letters to that effect and that patients needed to pick up their files or have their files forwarded.
