Underneath Greenwich Grill is a separate (but related) sushi restaurant, Sushi Azabu. It’s exclusive—just three booths and a small sushi bar—and can be expensive. But the setting is far more serene than any sushi restaurant around (note the bamboo ceiling and pebbled floor), and sushi lovers prize the esoteric fish on offer. For a bit of Japanese authenticity, check out the toilet.
