Update: Smithers wins again (and again, and again, and again…). It is indeed on the Irish Hunger Memorial—I don’t think there’s one on the rock wall in Teardrop Park. I looked a little, but it was nighttime and the I was making the security guard nervous. And we’ve all learned by now not to antagonize BPC security guards.

@Rudihanja: True. There have been many others that have been outside Tribeca, with more to come, because I think the neighborhood-boundary notion is sort of arbitrary. If I could rename the contest (and even the site), I might.
