Yes, and that upper level will be deliciously cool on a hot summer day. I still miss the small and crazy upper level that used to be part of Pier 25 on the Hudson. (The benches there had been rescued from the Brighton Beach Baths — or so I had been told. Whatever, they were the only really comfortable benches around.)
