TCQ&A: STEPHEN DIMMICK
“The best deal in Tribeca is the quiet streets of North Tribeca,” says the makeup artist. “I’d have to be a bit of a North Tribeca snob, LOL.” Read the whole Q&A.

IN THE NEWS
••• 12/22: Manhattan Bridge park. Plus: BPCA severance shift; Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz; 101 Warren; battle of $1 slices.
••• 12/25: Inside the eye of the Fulton Street Transit Center. Plus: CB1 goes school hunting; 19 Beach real estate; 70 Pine; best restaurants in New York City; dining at Ninja.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS: ZUTTO
Zutto rebooted as a “Japanese American pub” back in October, but I only just made it there for dinner. The food is more interesting than I had thought it would be. (Left: The delicious—if oddly named—”silken tofu salad.”)

RECENT REAL ESTATE SALES IN TRIBECA
Nine sales were reported in the past week.

NEW  KID ON THE BLOCK: FRENCH KISS BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHY
If you’ve got it, flaunt it: In her new Franklin Street studio, Irina Mednik is helping women show off their assets.

SEEN & HEARD
••• 12/23: Christmas tree price-gouging. Plus: A mysterious business is leaving its space; Annelore opening date; Maserati of Manhattan; Pier 40′s indoor field has reopened; another (?) FiDi hotel.
••• 12/25: New stoplight (and it’s not where you think). Plus: Pop-up extension; holiday greetings.
••• Congratulations to Robert Ripps for correctly IDing last week’s Where in Tribeca…? We’ll play again on Friday, unless I take the whole week off, which I probably won’t do, but it’s possible.

PHOTO SAFARI: BUCK UP, TIGER
