There’s a ton of great stuff happening this week, including a July 4 barbecue, Rickie Lee Jones, 10,000 Maniacs, films about creepy kids, "Walking and Talking" with an appearance by Liev Schreiber, "Manhattan," bluegrass, Parker Posey at her finest, and more.
Seven sales were reported in the past week, from two for $750,000 (both in the same building) to $9 million for the Franklin Street building that was once to be the home of Glad Tidings Tabernacle (listed at $18 million).
