It was neighbors vs. developer at the discussion of 443 Greenwich, the grand old building in northwest Tribeca—it’s “leaning” residential vs. hotel, but options are being kept open. Also: Barry’s Bootcamp will have a juice bar; Nish Noosh beer/wine application; new newsstand on W. Broadway; more.
