Traditional Home has a before-and-after look at the Tribeca loft of TV personality and liquor entrepreneur Bethenny Frankel. The undated article says the renovation was chronicled on “Bethenny Ever After,” but I’ve never seen the show. Highlights:
••• The three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment is 3,400 square feet.
••• The apartment was designed by “the Gomez Girls,” as Bethenny refers to mother-daughter team Mariette Himes Gomez and Brooke Gomez. The Spector Group handled the architecture.
••• The orange-red used as an accent throughout is one of Bethenny’s favorite colors and a nod to her Skinnygirl brand.
••• The American flag artwork was purchased from a sidewalk vendor in Soho.
••• The master-bedroom closet was converted from a den.
You can read the text (by Cathy Whitlock) and see more of the photos (by Joe Standart) here; the story was produced “with” (?) Jo Ann McVicker. NOTE: The slideshow also includes “before” photos—including the dark kitchen one, which I included below.
