THE CITY COMES CLEAN ON ITS CRIMINAL SUMMONS COURT PLANS
The city does indeed intend to move the criminal summons court from 346 Broadway (at Leonard) to 40 Worth (specifically, the entrance at Thomas and W. Broadway), and many Tribecans are fighting it, with the Odeon leading the charge.

THE GLASSY BUILDING PROPOSED FOR SIXTH AVE.
Call it the Two Triangles Building (or better yet, The Remnant)—fascinating as much for the design as for what it says about how much real estate is worth around here that such a noted developer would bother with two leftover parking lots. NEW KID ON THE BLOCK: STITCHED TRIBECA
Battery Park City resident Val Chan has opened Stitched Tribeca, a crafting center on Warren—with classes and workshops for adult and kids, as well as a gallery where makers can sell their wares. “Nothing is mass-produced,” she says.

A jewelry store is indeed opening at 160 Franklin—it’s the first U.S. boutique from an international brand.
