Northern Tiger Has Promise

Erika Chou courtesy Yunnan KitchenThe New York Times says that Northern Tiger, the last slot at Hudson Eats in Brookfield Place, is the work of “Erika Chou and Doron Wong, who will open in the fall with a locavore take on northern Chinese fare, notably dumplings and noodles.” That’s good news: She’s the owner and he’s the chef at Yunnan Kitchen on the Lower East Side.
