I was going to make this Valentine about the landscaping outside Brushstroke—David Bouley’s establishments really do earn top marks—but then I realized I love all the buildings that go the extra mile when it comes to greenery. And when Thalassa opens its windows, the bench right in the window is possibly the most delightful place around to have a glass of wine.
