As Roger at Arcade Bakery told me yesterday—O&O is using his focaccia—Joseph Ciriello of Dirty Bird To-Go and chef Sara Jenkins of East Village favorites Porchetta and Porsena are partnering in a catering company that also delivers Mediterranean-inspired soups, salads, and sandwiches.
