went to the “soft” opening of Pier A yesterday and it is a wonderful place. The Poulakaus (sp?) family did a wonder job. Great views and atmosphere and a variety of rooms and places to eat and drink.
Is the soft opening open to the public? If not, any word on when the public can go?
It seems you could just walk in (I was invited). But I would say yes, you can just walk in.
I thought only the connecting plaza opened yesterday. Did the actual restaurants open yesterday?
Yes. Serving food and cold beer. Other beverages were also served, but it was early so I just had beer.
