Our fruit is from Wilklow Orchards in Highland, N.Y. (20 weeks for $180). Pick-ups begin in June, every Tuesday 3-6 p.m. outside Washington Market Park.”

Tribeca CSA strawberries••• “Any idea what Nike has going on at the old Voce Di space at 45 Grand?” commented Kay. “The signs say by appointment only but the (rude) girl at the door says no appointments.” No one at Nike has every given me the time of day when I’ve asked questions about the tented events they’ve done at Canal and Varick, so I’m not thinking it’s worthwhile to try and ask. I imagine it’ll come out in time. Unless you know….

  1. Enough with Nike already. ‘Sick of them using NYC as a giant billboard. That outdoor basketball court was wack.

    Boycott them for employing sweatshop labor.
