4) 355 Greenwich Street, application for new unenclosed sidewalk cafe for 355 Greenwich Bakery – Resolution Maison Kayser in the old Harrison space.
5) 399 Greenwich Street, application for restaurant liquor license for GST399 Inc. – Resolution This is Greenwich Street Tavern (at Beach). I had heard the space was on the market—now the word is that the manager is taking over from the owner and that things will stay the same.

7) 2 Avenue of the Americas, application for alteration of liquor license for Tribeca Grand Hotel, Inc. to permit portion of cellar floor into a jazz club – Resolution The hotel has had jazz for a while now, but perhaps this is a different space?
