Seen & Heard: Chipotle Looking More Likely for Northeast Tribeca

••• After I reported in June the rumor that Chipotle would be opening its third Tribeca location at 404 Broadway (Canal/Walker), there was no evidence of any progress. Over the weekend, however, I noticed construction permits in the window, and one says the ground floor is getting a “restaurant build-out.” And look, here’s a job posting on Chipotle’s site from Nov. 5 for a Facilities Equipment Repair Specialist that includes 404 Broadway among the locations to be covered by the position.

The WundaFormer integrates four exceptional apparatuses into one incredible machine for fast, sky-high energy and core shredding workouts for the most efficient 45 minutes you’ll spend in your day.”

Wundabar••• The new Court Street Grocers on LaGuardia Place, where I’m obsessed with everything on the shelves and the menu, stocks Cup 4 Cup gluten-free flour, so-named because you can substitute it for wheat flour in whatever amount the recipe calls for. (Never seen it sold around here, but I haven’t exactly been looking.)
