••• Apparently, “the loudest ice cream truck in the world” terrorized Greenwich Street over the weekend. For future reference, Jordan Holberg found the page on the city’s website explaining how to try and do something about it.
••• A reader spotted the signage Wichcraft put up at its forthcoming Broadway location. This must be the new branding we heard about recently.
••• Only this morning did I realize that looking up Varick you get a dramatic view of this Hudson Yards (?) building.
••• There’s work going on in the former Bond real estate office at 25 Hudson. Anyone know what’s up? Also, a reader hears that TD Bank left the space next door with two years left on the lease.
••• Blue in Green at 8 Greene has a sign in the window saying its expanding (/renovating?), and it currently has a pop-up in the space to the north.
••• Does anyone know what used to be in 62 Walker? I have no recollection. UPDATE: A reader says he think sit was a fabric store. UPDATE 4/21: “62 Walker had been a fabric store which closed about 4 years ago,” says TPA. “Since then, it has been used on-an-off as a gallery for infrequent photography/art exhibitions. I haven’t seen anything in there in the last year.”
••• I stopped passing along Notify NYC notifications about fireworks but since I haven’t seen one in a while, and these are off Battery Park (vs., say, Ellis Island), I thought you might like to know that we’re not under attack: “There will be a fireworks display in the area of Battery Park in Manhattan [on Monday, 4/18], at approximately 9:15 p.m.” Also, today is going to be so gorgeous that you might want to take an evening walk to check them out.
••• Like a bad penny, “Law & Order: SVU” is coming back tomorrow to shoot in the Chambers/Broadway area. Wouldn’t it be more efficient to do all of these shoots at once? Also, maybe they could mix up the streets they use for parking. There are a lot of streets around there that have no businesses at street level—and would therefore be less impacted than, say, Reade between Church and Broadway.

The old TD Bank and Bond space will be a One Medical facility.
What is the occasion for the fireworks?
They’re for you. (The city doesn’t generally specify the reason.)
The annoying ice cream truck was back tonight. We need to keep this guy out of the neighborhood.
