Broadway’s coffee drought is over now that Think Coffee has opened in the corner storefront at 101 Leonard. As you can see in the photos, it’s quite attractive, with banquettes, bentwood chairs, and high ceilings, and the brand’s heart is certainly in the right place. (From the website: “We donate 10% of our stores profits to Grand Street Settlement and Hudson Guild [which] run programs for children, teens, and the elderly in the Lower East Side and Chelsea neighborhoods of New York City.”) The menu is limited to coffee and other hot drinks, pastries, bagels, oatmeal, and grilled-cheese and egg-and-cheese sandwiches.
Think Coffee is at 101 Leonard (at Broadway); thinkcoffee.com.
