In the News: Tetsu’s Basement Dinners Start at $380

It’s “an intimate enclave for special kaiseki dinners served Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings, at $350 per person plus tax, tip and beverages.” I called it $380 in the headline because you can not drink and not tip (you schmuck), but you’re paying the tax no matter what. —New York Times
